2004 First solo exhibition at Gion Konishi Gallery, Kyoto.
        Three Generations Exhibition at Tokoku Gallery, Kyoto.
2005 Followed by Uichi’s death in 2004, creates works under his father Yasutaka Shimizu.
        Three Generations Exhibition ’One Tea One Bowl' at Tokoku Gallery. A tea eventserved with bowls made by the three generations was also held.

2010 Begins foraging for wild clays.
2011 Solo exhibition at Gallery YDS (repeated annually).
2012 Builds a charcoal kiln in Matsugasaki, Kyoto.

        Decides to work exclusively with foraged wild clays.
